医学计算机模拟病例考试在毕业综合考试中的初步应用

评价医学生临床能力是医学考试的重要组成部分。鉴于传统临床能力评价方法的弊端，中国医科大学在改革传统临床能力评价方法方面一直积极地进行着探索和实践，目前已经初步建立了计算机模拟病例考试系统，并且应用于临床医学专业学生的毕业综合考试中。本文介绍了该考试系统的初步应用情况和考试成绩的析因分析研究及其结果。

Preliminary use of Computer-based Case Simulations in final comprehensive examination and the statistical analysis

It is a crucial component in medical examinations to evaluate the medical students' clinical competence. In view of the shortcomings of using traditional method to evaluate clinical competence, China Medical University is continuously exploring and practicing actively in the field of reforming the traditional clinical competence evaluation method. We have developed the Computer-based Case Simulations (CCS) examination system and used it in the final examination for clinical specialty. The article introduced the preliminary use of the exam system and factorial analysis of the testing data.
