Abstract: | We explored a swelling on the anterior surface of the right distal forearm of a 21-year-old right-handed male soldier and effort-induced symptoms of median and ulnar nerve compression that showed a reversed, three-headed and hypertrophied palmaris longus muscle with extension of Guyon's canal. |
