| 摘 要： | 目的 观察抗感丸的抑菌作用。方法 进行体外、体内抑菌试验。结果 体外抑菌试验显示，抗感丸对乙型溶血性链球菌有明显的抑制作用；体内抑菌试验表明，抗感丸（6g／kg）能降低致死量金黄色葡萄球菌感染的小鼠的死亡率（明显低于对照组）。结论 抗感丸具有一定的抑菌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the antibacterial effects of Kanggan pellet (KP).Methods To observe the antibacterial effects of KP through in-vitro and in-vivo antibacterial experiments.Results In-vitro antibacterial experiments showed that KP had an obvious bacteriostatic effect on beta hemolytic Streptococcus.In-vivo antibacterial experiments showed that the death rate of mice in KP (6 g/kg) group,infected by Staphylococcus aureus,were obviously lower than that in the control group.Conclusion KP has the anti-bacterial effects. |
