| 摘 要： | 对阻塞性肺疾病、肺心病患者血浆中心钠素（ＡＮＰ），肾素－血管紧张素系统（ＲＡＳ）进行测定。肺心病组ＡＮＰ和ＲＡＳ含量高于阻塞性肺疾病（Ｐ＜０．０１）。肺心病低氧与高碳酸血症时ＡＮＰ与ＲＡＳ含量增高。提示：肺心病心衰时ＡＮＰ分泌高于正常，ＲＡＳ不受ＡＮＰ抑制；低氧高碳酸血症时ＡＮＰ，ＲＡＳ的活性密切相关。重症心衷时ＡＮＰ含量可低于正常。

| Abstract: | The atrial natriurctic peptide(ANP)and the
renin-angiotensin system (RAS)have beenmeasured in patiens with obstructive lung
diseases(OPD)and cor-pulmonale(CP).The resuit showed that thelevels of the blood ANP and the
RAS in patients with CP were signfifcatly higher thn those in patiens withOPD(P<0.01).In coses
of hypoximia and hypercopnia a marked rise in the blood level of the ANP and theRAS occurred
in CP patients.This suggested that the blood level of the ANP was higher than normal in
CPpatients with heart failure and the RAS was not checked.The hypoxemia and the hypercopnia
were related tothe release and the activity of ANP and RAS.The level of the ANP was lower than
normal in heart failure. |
