| 摘 要： | 目的建立寒湿痹阻型外敷制剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定寒湿痹阻型外敷制剂中绿原酸的含量。色谱法分析条件为,色谱柱：Agilenttc-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：甲醇-0.5‰三氟乙酸水溶液（24∶76）;流速：1.0 mL/min;检测波长：327 nm;柱温：30℃。结果绿原酸进样量在0.32-1.92μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.66%,RSD为0.415%。结论本方法简便可行、结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为寒湿痹阻型外敷制剂中绿原酸的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determining chlorogenic acid in topical preparations of cold dampness type. Methods HPLC deternination of chlorogenic acid in topical preparations of cold dampness type. Column：Agilenttc SB-C18 （5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm）, mobile phase： Methano-0.05 % In three acetic acid-water （24： 76）, flow rate： 1.0mL/min, column temperature ： 30 ℃, detection wavelength： 327 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid in 0.32 - 1.92 μg range has a good linear relationship with peak area. R = 0. 999 7. The average recovery was 99.66% and RSD was 0. 415 %. Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible for the determination of chlorogenic acid in decoction of topical preparations of cold dampness type. |
