自拟中药方剂结合西药治疗慢性重型肝炎

目的观察自拟中药方剂结合西药治疗慢性重型肝炎湿热发黄证的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例,2组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上,加服自拟中药方剂（茵陈、栀子、大黄、炒白术、连翘等）加减治疗,共治疗8周,对照组只采用西医常规治疗,对比2组临床疗效、肝功能改善及并发症发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为80.0%,对照组为56.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;2组治疗后TBIL、ALT、PTA均较治疗前显著改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组各项并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论自拟中药方剂结合西药治疗慢性重型肝炎湿热发黄证型,能清利湿热退黄,改善肝功能,减少并发症发生率,改善症状。

Clinical observation on treatment of chronic severe hepatitis with traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the serf-made traditional Chinese medicine combined wit h western medicine in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were given con- ventional western medicine treatment. The treatment group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine （wormwood, gardenia, rhubarb, white atractylodes rhizome, forsythia etc. ） besides conventional therapy of western medicine for 8 weeks. While the control group was only given conventional western medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy, improved liver func- tion and complication rates are compared between two groups. Results The total effective rates were 80% （treatment group） and 56.7 % （control group）. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05） ; TBIL, ALT, PTA of two groups were significantly improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. The degree of improvement is more significant in treatment group than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05） ; the incidence rate of various complications in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of damp heat syndrome type of chronic severe hepatitis can eliminate dampness and heat, improve liver function, effectively reduce the＇incidence of complications and improve patients＇ symptoms.
