小儿脾胃乐颗粒治疗小儿厌食症

目的观察小儿脾胃乐颗粒对小儿厌食症的治疗效果及安全性。方法选取我院厌食症患儿72例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各36例,治疗组患儿采用小儿脾胃乐颗粒（1~2 g/次,3次/d）口服治疗,对照组患儿采用葡萄糖酸锌口服液（5~10 mL/次,3次/d）口服治疗,2组患儿均治疗4周为1疗程,观察2组患儿治疗前后体质量、体质量身高指数（BMI）、血红蛋白（Hb）、血清锌（Zn）水平变化,并对比临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后2组患儿体质量、BMI、Hb、血清Zn水平均较治疗前显著增加（P〈0.05）;治疗组患儿治疗后各项指标改善较对照组更为显著（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后总有效率为94.4%,对照组为55.6%,2组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小儿脾胃乐颗粒可有效缓解患儿临床症状,无明显不良反应。

Effects of children spleen and stomach granule on the treatment of pediatric anorexia

Objective Observing the efficacy and safety children spleen and stomach granule on the treatment of pediatric anorexia. Methods 72 cases of children anorexia, randomly divided into observation group and the control group, each 36. Observation group with the children spleen and stomach granule by oral, treatment on control group with zinc gluconate by oral liquid, two groups were both treated for 4 weeks as one period of treatment. Observing two groups before and after treatment with body mass, body mass index （BMI） height, hemoglobin （Hb）, serum zinc （Zn） level changes, and compared the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment, two groups of children with mass, BMI, Hb, serum zinc levels were significantly increased than before treatment （ P 〈 0.05） ; Observation group with each index improved more obviously than the control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.05） ; Observation group the total effective rate was 94.4% after treatment, control group total effective rate was 55.6 % after treatment, the observation group with total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, compare the difference between two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; In the process of the two groups＇ treatment were not obvious adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion Treatment of infantile anorexia by children spleen and stomach granule has curative effect, and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms, and have no obvious adverse reactions.
