基于中医情志理论探讨甘麦大枣汤对情志病的干预作用

中医情志医学强调人的生理、心理与社会、环境的统一性,这与现代＂生物—心理—社会—环境＂医学模式相契合。临床中通常将情志取类比象为＂树状＂结构,以树干（脏腑气血）为基础,而又不断分枝生长,可概括为阴阳两类,其中偏阳者情志亢奋,偏阴者情志退缩,越往远端,情志表现越复杂、越剧烈,可表现为＂多情＂的错综交叉。甘麦大枣汤出自张仲景的《金匮要略》,虽主治妇人脏躁,但在临床中治疗郁证、脏躁、瘿病、不寐、癫、狂、痫等亦可收到较好疗效。中医的＂情志树＂理论正是以中医情志理论为基础,用甘麦大枣汤补养心脾之虚,缓和肝苦之急,而达到调整心、肝、脾,稳定心神及脏腑气血的作用。
