解酒护肝颗粒脂溶性成分提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的优选解酒护肝颗粒中脂溶性成分的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计法,以总皂苷含量为指标,选取乙醇体积分数、加醇量、提取时间及提取次数为考察因素,优选解酒护肝颗粒中脂溶性成分的提取工艺。结果脂溶性成分最佳提取工艺为加8倍量70%乙醇,提取2次,每次1 h。结论确定了解酒护肝颗粒脂溶性成分的最佳提取工艺,简便易行,适合工业化生产。

Optimization of extraction technique of liposoluble constituent in Hangover Liver Granule

Abstract:Objective Optimized the extraction techniques of liposoluble constituent in Hangover Liver Granule. Methods Taking the content of total saponins as index, with extraction time, extraction times, ethanol concentration and amount as factors, extraction technology of total saponins was optimized by orthogonal test. Results Optimal extraction technology of liposoluble constituent was as following: extracted 2 times with 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol, lh per time. Condusion To detemaine optimized extract technology of liposoluble constituent in Hangover Liver Granule, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
