循证护理在预防血液透析深静脉导管感染中的应用

目的探讨循证护理对预防血液透析患者深静脉长期留置导管感染的效果。方法将血液透析行深静脉导管留置术52例患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各26例,对照组实施常规护理,治疗组实施循证护理,结合实际制订切实可行的护理计划,采取相应的护理措施,比较2组患者导管感染的发生率。结果对照组患者发生感染8例,发生率为30.77%;治疗组患者发生感染2例,发生率为7.69%,治疗组明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可以对血液透析深静脉长期留置导管患者进行准确评估,能及时有效的给予治疗和护理干预,有效降低血液透析患者深静脉长期留置导管感染的风险。

Application of evidence-based nursing to the prevention of infection of indwelling venous catheter in hemodialysis

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of infection of indwelling venouscatheter in hemodialylsis. Methods 52 cases with operations of indwelling venous catheter were randomly divided into two groups （26 patients in each group）. In control group, the patients received routine nursing, while the patients in experimental group received evidence-based nursing. Based on the nursing issues, the related materials for research are collected. The practical nursing plans with appropriate treatment are carried out according to each case. The infection incidences of both groups are compared. Results There are 8 cases of infection in control group. Its infection incidence rate is 30.77 %. There are 2 cases of control group（ infection in experimental group. Its infection incidence rate is 7.69%, which is significantly lower than that of P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has a great potential in clinical application for its good el-fect on the prevention of the infection of indwelling venous catheter.
