中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性间质性肺炎

目的探讨中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性间质性肺炎的临床疗效。方法将80例慢性间质性肺炎患者随机分为2组,对照组采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦3.0 g/d,同时配以止咳、化痰、平喘等药物对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中药穴位贴敷（肺俞、中府、膏肓等）进行治疗,对比观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组临床症状改善情况、不良反应等方面优于对照组;治疗组总有效率为95.0%,显著优于对照组的75.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性间质性肺炎,能有效的减轻患者临床症状,逐渐恢复体力活动,毒副作用小。

Treating chronic interstitial pneumonia with acupoint sticking therapy of Chinese medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect on treating chronic interstitial pneumonia with acupoint sticking therapy of Chinese medicine. Methods To select 80 cases of chronic interstitial pneumonia patients were randomly assigned into two groups. The control group use cefoperazone sulbactam 3.0 g, at the same time, using cough, phlegm, relieving asthma and other symptomatic treatment drugs. The treatment group use Chinese medicine at the acupoint sticking of treatment on the ba- sis of control group. Compare the clinical effect of the two groups. Results The treatment group of clinical symptoms, side effects was better than the control group; the total effective rate was 95.0%, significantly better than the control group 75. 0% ,there was the significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion To cure the acupoint sticking therapy of Chinese medicine treatment chronic interstitial pneumonia was convenient, it have the little clinical side effects, can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients, resumption of the physical activity gradually, To improve the quality of life, this method was worthy of clinical promotion.
