| 摘 要： | 对近15年关于穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的文献分析,发现治疗周期即2次治疗的时间间隔缺乏统一性,不同报道之间变量不统一,难以比较不同治疗周期之间的优劣。且目前尚无针对穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症不同治疗周期之间疗效对比的相关研究,也缺乏关于影响治疗周期选取的相关因素的研究。穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症治疗周期的研究有待补充,以期寻找合理的治疗周期,减少治疗次数,减轻患者的痛苦。

| Abstract: | The analysis of the literatures about acupoint catgut embedding therapy for simple obesity in recent 15 years shows that the treatment cycles （interval of twice treatments） are lack of unity, and because of the variables of different reports are not unified, it is difficult to differentiate the pros and cons among the therapeutic cycles. What＇s more, there is neither spe- cialized study about the clinical effects of acupoint catgut embedding for simple obesity with different treatment cycles, nor research on factors influencing the selection of treatment cycle. Therefore, further study on treatment cycles of catgut embed- ding therapy for simple obesity need to be added to find the most reasonable one. Reasonable treatment cycle may lessen the treatment times, and reduce the pain that patients suffer from the treatment. |
