马齿苋总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的采用正交试验优选提取马齿苋中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。方法以总黄酮含量为指标,通过正交试验考察料液比、提取次数、提取时间等因素对马齿苋总黄酮提取率的影响,优选马齿苋总黄酮的水提取工艺。结果最佳条件为料液比为1∶20,煎煮2次,每次1.5 h。结论采用水煎煮法提取马齿苋中总黄酮,方法简单,成本低廉。

Extraction process of portulaca total flavone

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of portulaca total flavones by orthogonal test. Methods Using the content of total flavonoids as index, the water extraction technology of portulaca total flavones was optimized by observing the effect of factors such as the ratio of solid to liquid, times of extracting, extracting time on the extraction ratio of portulaca total flavones by orthogonal test. Results The best conditions were as follows : the ratio of solid to liquid was 1 : 20, with 2 decoctions of 1.5 h each time. Conclusion It was easy and cheap to extract portulaca total flavones by boiling with water method.
