从虚论治非酒精性脂肪肝

中医认为,非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）因肾、肝、脾功能失调,三焦运行不畅,痰浊瘀阻于肝而发病。元气藏于肾,维持肝、脾、肾及三焦功能的正常发挥。元气虚则肾虚,继而肝、脾、肾功能失调导致非酒精性脂肪肝。现代研究认为,NAFLD的发病与元气渐衰密切相关,益精补肾中药具有调整血脂、抗脂肪肝的作用,故以补肾、健脾、疏肝、消浊等＂扶元调脂法＂治疗非酒精性脂肪肝。元气亏虚为非酒精性脂肪肝的发病根本,贯穿本病病理变化的始末。治疗应以补肾充元气为主,辅以疏肝健脾条畅三焦,以达治疗及预防非酒精性脂肪肝的目的。

Treatment of non- alcoholic fatty liver disease from deficiency

According to traditional Chinese medicine, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） was caused by the dysfunction of kidney, liver, and spleen, the blockage of triple energizers and turbid phlegm obstructing liver. Hidden in kidney, pri- mordial qi can maintain the normal function of liver, spleen, kidney and triple energizers. The deficiency of primordial qi can lead kidney deficiency, and then the dysfunction of kidney, liver, spleen led to non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Modem research holds that the mobility of NAFLD has a close relationship with the gradual deficiency of primordial Qi. As kidneynourishing and essence-enriching herbs can regulate lipid and resist fatty liver, NAFLD was treated by the method of ＂fu yuan tiao zhi＂ such as tonifying kidney and spleen, smoothing liver, eliminating turbidity and so on. The deficiency of primordial qi was the basis of NAFLD throughout the changes of its pathology. The treatment of NAFLD should base on tonifying kidney to enrich the primordial qi, accompanied by smoothing liver, strengthening spleen and coordinating triple energizers, so as to reach the purpose of treatment and prevention of NAFLD.
