| 摘 要： | 目的:建立醋莪术配方颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对醋莪术配方颗粒进行定性分析,采用高效液相色谱法对醋莪术中的姜黄素进行含量测定。结果:建立的薄层色谱图中可检视出醋莪术清晰的特征斑点;姜黄素在0.017μg~0.17μg范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=1.1595X-0.0123,R=0.9998,平均回收率为97.33%(RSD为1.8%)。结论:本方法操作简便、科学、重现性好,可以有效控制醋莪术配方颗粒质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the quality standards of dispensing granules of Ezhu prepared with vinegar. Method： Thin layer chromatography （TLC） was used in qualitative analysis of dispensing granules of Ezhu prepared with vinegar. High performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） method was applied in the content determination of curcumine in dispensing granules of Ezhu prepared with vinegar. Result： The characteristic spots of dispensing granules of Ezhu prepared with vinegar were clearly detected in the established TLC chromatography. Curcumine had good linear relationship within the concentration range of 0.017μg-0.17μg. The regression equation was： y=1.1595x-0.0123（ R =0.9998）. The average recovery was 97.33% （RSD was 1.8%）. Conclusion： The method is simple, scientific, and good reproducibility, and can effectively control the quality of dispensing granules of Ezhu prepared with vinegar. |
