从胃肺论治针刺治疗感染后咳嗽

目的基于＂聚于胃,关于肺＂的理论,从经络学角度,针刺肺经和胃经经穴,观察针刺治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表方法,将符合纳入标准的90例感染后咳嗽患者按1∶1∶1的比例分入肺经穴组、肺胃经穴组、对照组,各30例。对照组口服复方甲氧那明胶囊（阿斯美）,2粒/次,3/d。疗程为10 d。前2组用针刺治疗,肺经穴组取鱼际、侠白、中府、尺泽、孔最、列缺穴等,肺胃经穴组取鱼际、尺泽、孔最、列缺、天枢、足三里、丰隆穴等,1次/d,10次为1疗程。结果咳嗽疗效方面,肺胃经穴组总有效率为90.00%,肺经穴组为83.33%,对照组为80.00%,肺胃经穴组优于其他2组（P〈0.05）。3组在改善患者生活质量方面,肺胃经穴组治疗后总积分（79.85±7.137）高于肺经穴组的（70.83±9.263）和对照组的（68.44±3.352）（P〈0.05）。结论以胃肺论治理论为基础,针刺治疗感染后咳嗽,能调节机体免疫力、增强抗病能力,具有整体调节的优势。

On the acupuncture treatment of cough after infection from stomach and lung

Objective Stomach and lung is the key to the treatment. Based on this theory, from the perspective of meridian science, observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment for cough after infection by acupuncturing the lung and stomach meridian. Method 90 patients with cough after infection were randomly divided into 3 groups, with 30 patients in the lung meridian group, another 30 patients in the lung and stomach meridian group, and 30 others in the control group. Patients in the control group took Compound Methoxypbenamine Capsules （Asmeton） orally 3 times a day, with 2 capsules per time and 10 days for a course. The other 2 groups were treated with acupuncture, with the acupoints such as yuji, xiabai, zhongfu, chize, kongzui, lieque for the lung meridian group, and yuji, chize, kongzui, lieque, tianshu, zusanli, fenglong for the lung and stomach meridian group. Acupuncture treatment is taken once a day, with 10 days for a course. Result The clinical efficacy of cough after infection are 90%, 83.33 % and 80.00 % for patients in the lung and stomach meridian group, lung meridian group and the control group. It shows that the clinical efficacy of the lung and stomach meridian group is the best and that of the lung meridian group is the second best. Life qualities of the patients are improved in all of the 3 groups. The total score after treatment （79.85 ± 7. 137） of the lung and stomach meridian group is the highest, which means the life qualities of thepatients in this group get the most significant improvement. There is no significant difference between the lung meridian group and the control group. Conclusion The acupuncture treatment of cough after infection from stomach and lung can regulate the immunity of the organism, enhance disease resistance, with an advantage of overall adjustment.
