| 摘 要： | 目前治疗陈旧性肛裂手术目的在于松解痉挛肌组织,恢复局部血液循环,减少术后并发症。内括约肌切断术仍是肛裂手术的金标准,目前,对于手术中切口位置的争议仍多集中在后位与侧位,内括约肌切断范围及长度与术后风险相关,术后创面开放还是闭合直接影响手术疗效。内括约肌切除术治疗肛裂仍存在一定风险,需要多中心随机对照试验及长期随访观察。

| Abstract: | Surgical treatment of chronic anal fissure aimed at loosening muscle tissue spasm, restoring blood circulation and reducing the postoperative complications. Internal sphincterotomy anal fissure surgery is still the gold standard. However, controversial surgery incision locations are more concentrated on posterior and lateral. The scope and length of the internal sphincter were associated with the risks of surgery. Open or closed postoperative wound directly affect the surgery effect. |
