历代中医外感病因学发展探析

自先秦到明清外感病因学理论经历了数个不同发展时期。《内经》《难经》这两部经典著作总结当时及以前的医学理论,为外感病因学的发展奠定了基础。中医外感病因学在仲景之《伤寒杂病论》中迅速发展,并在隋唐年间有所变化,但此时以伤寒为病因的地位仍未改变。外感病病因学的发展突破于宋金元,对传染病有了部分认识。明清时期,随着疠气学说的提出,外感六淫说和疠气学说共同构成了中医外感病因学,令中医外感病因学全面完善。

The analysis on the development of etiology of exogenous disease in the history of Chinese medicine

There are several different periods in the development of etiology of exogenous disease from pre-Qin period to Ming and Qing Dynasty. The books, Huangdi＇s Internal Classic and The Classic on Medical Problems, summarized medical theo- ries at that time, which established the foundation for the etiology of exogenous disease. The etiology of exogenous disease had stepped into a fast-developing period after the book Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases written by Zhang Zhongjing came out. Though the etiology had some changes in Sui and Tang dynasties, but cold pathogenic was still thought to be the main cause of exogenous disease. The etiology of epidemic disease had some breakthroughs in Song, Jin, and Yuan Dynasties. In Ming and Qing Dynasty, Li Qi theory together with theory of six exogenous pathogenic factors greatly improved the theory of etiology of exogenous disease.
