苍术山楂颗粒对幼龄营养性肥胖大鼠糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的通过高脂饲料喂养诱导幼龄SD大鼠营养性肥胖模型,观察苍术山楂颗粒对幼龄营养性肥胖大鼠模型体质量、体长、李氏指数、脂肪湿重、脂肪系数、血糖、血脂的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养刚离乳SD大鼠4周,诱导幼龄营养性肥胖大鼠模型,然后予苍术山楂颗粒灌胃治疗4周,观察幼龄营养性肥胖大鼠模型体质量、体长、李氏指数、脂肪湿重、脂肪系数、血糖、血脂的变化。结果苍术山楂颗粒灌胃4周后,中药治疗组可显著降低肥胖大鼠的体质量、脂肪湿重、脂肪系数、三酰甘油和胆固醇水平(P〈0.01);中药治疗组大鼠的体长、李氏指数、血糖及高密度脂蛋白较模型对照组有下降(P〈0.05);各组之间低密度脂蛋白无统计学意义。结论苍术山楂颗粒对幼龄SD大鼠营养性肥胖模型的体质量、体长、李氏指数、脂肪湿重、脂肪系数、血糖、血脂指标方面均有一定的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To establish young nutritional obese rats model by feeding high fat forage and observe the effect of Rhizoma Atractylodis Hawthorn Particles on obesity weight, body length, Ice's index, coefficient of wet weight of fat, fat coefficient, blood glucose, blood lipids of young nutritional obese rats. Methods High fat forage was used to feed SD rats who were weaned for 4 weeks. The young nutritional obesity rats model was established. Gastric lavage with Rh/zoma Atractylodis Hawthorn Particles were adopted for 4 weeks. The weight, body length, lee's index, coefficient of wet weight of fat, fat coefficient,blood sugar and blood fat were observed.Results Gastric lavage with Rh/zoma Atractylodis Hawthorn Particles for 4 weeks can significantly reduce body weight, wet weight of fat, fat coefficient, triglyceride and cholesterol levels in the TCM treatment group ( P 〈 0.01) ; The body length, lee's index, blood sugar and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol of rats in traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was decreased compared with those of model control group ( P 〈 0.05) ; Low den- sity lipoprotein has no statistical difference between groups. Conclusion Rhizoma Atractylodis Hawthorn Particles can regu- late the body weight, body length, lee's index, coefficient of wet weight of fat, fat coefficient, blood sugar and blood lipid indi- cators of SD rats with nutritional obesity.
