| 摘 要： | 检测空腹胰岛素、空腹血糖用以计算胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素敏感指数、胰岛素分泌指数,并运用这些客观指标指导中医临床辨证分型。目前已有研究显示,中医证型与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能有一定的相关性,将HOMA指数作为2型糖尿病分型的客观参考指标,随着2型糖尿病病程的延长、中医证型的演变,胰岛素抵抗持续存在并逐渐加重,胰岛β细胞分泌功能进行性衰减。明确2型糖尿病病程及胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞功能损害与中医病机、证型的对应关系,能更好的指导临床辨证施治。

| Abstract: | HOMA-IR, ISI and HOMA-β, which could be obtained by fast insulin and fast glucose, could provide guidance for clinical dialectical pattern of TCM. Currently, some results indicate： Correlation between the syndrome of TCM of Type 2 diabetes mellitus and insulin resistance and islet β cells function definitely exist. HOMA index can be served as foundation of the differentiation of syndromes for Type 2 diabetes mellitus. With the course of Type 2 diabetes mellitus, the evolution of the TCM syndromes type, insulin resistance is aggravated continuously, and islet β cells function goes on decaying. Identify the correlation among course of the disease, insulin resistance, islet β cells function and TCM pathogenesis, syndromes in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus can promote the progress of TCM and strengthen practical guidance to distinction and treatment. |
