经阴道超声、宫腔镜对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值

目的探讨经阴道超声、宫腔镜对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值。方法选取疑似子宫内膜疾病患者384例，均进行阴道超声（TVS）及宫腔镜（HS）检查，并在镜下取病变组织送检，将2组检查结果与病理诊断结果对照，对比2种检查方法的诊断符合率。结果HS对内膜病变的诊断符合率为88％，高于TVS的52％（P〈0．05）；但对内膜增生、内膜息肉、黏膜下肌瘤、内膜癌、内膜萎缩的诊断符合率2者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论TVS检查子宫内膜病变简便、有效，HS具有较高的特异性及阴性预测值，联合应用可作为子宫内膜病变诊断的最佳方法。

Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy in diagnosis of endometrial lesions

Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal uhrasonography and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions. Methods 384 patients with suspection of endometrial disease were selected. All patients underwent vaginal ultrasound （TVS） and hystemscopic （HS）, and the pathologic tissues were sampled for further microscopic examination. The test results and pathological diagnoses of two groups were analyzed comparatively for the diagnostic accuracy. Results The coincidence rate for the diagnosis of endometrial lesions of HS （88%） was higher than that of TVS （52%） （ P 〈 0.05） ; But for endometrial hyperplasia, endometrial polyps and submucous myoma, endometrial cancer and endometrial atrophy there was no statistically significant difference between HS and TVS （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion TVS is simple and effective for examing endometrial lesions; HS has high specificity and negative predictive value, and their joint application for diagnosis of endometrial lesions has become the best method.
