加味香砂六君子汤合旋覆代赭汤治疗反流性食管炎

目的观察加味香砂六君子汤合旋覆代赭汤对脾胃虚寒型反流性食管炎患者的临床效果。方法选取被确诊为脾胃虚寒型的反流性食管炎患者64例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组给予奥美拉唑（20 mg/次,2次/d）和法莫替丁（10 mg/次,3次/d）口服,治疗组给予香砂六君子汤合旋覆代赭汤（党参、白术、茯苓、陈皮等,2次/d）。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为62.5%,2组比较,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论香砂六君子汤合旋覆代赭汤可健脾益气和胃,理气止痛,达到治疗脾胃虚寒型反流性食管炎的目的。

Reflux esophagitis treated by Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction for re- flux esophagitis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold. Methods Sixty-four patients with refluxesophagitis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold are randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 32 cases in each group. The former is treated with omeprazole（20 mg/time,2 time/day） and famotidine（ 10 mg/time, 3 time/day）, and the latter with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction （codonopsis pilosula, rhizoma atractylodis macroce phalae, poria cocos, pericarpium citri reticulatae）. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 87.5 %, which was significantly better than that of the controlgroup（ P 〈 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction can treat reflux esophagitis of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold by invigorating spleen andreplenishing Qi, regulating Qi to alleviate pain.
