膏方治疗亚健康状态肾阳虚证

目的研究确立亚健康肾阳虚证人群的膏方基础制剂。方法将筛选出的156例判断为亚健康状态中医辨证为肾阳虚证患者,在膏方治疗前后填写《疲劳量表》《简明心境量表》及《中医证候量表》调查问卷,给以中药膏方（由生黄芪、党参、淫羊藿、鹿角、菟丝子、紫河车、沙苑子、生地黄、阿胶、冰糖等组成,于冬至前后开始服用,20 g/次,早晚各1次）。结果亚健康肾阳虚证人群经膏方治疗后,其《疲劳量表》与《心境量表》各维度积分改变较治疗前均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且临床症状明显改善。结论温阳补肾填精膏方通过中医气血阴阳互生理论达到治疗亚健康肾阳虚证的良好疗效。

Herbal paste treating sub-healthy status with kidney-yang deficiency

Objective To develop and establish the of foundation herbal paste for sub healthy with kidney yang deficiency patients. Methods Let the 156 patients who has been diagnosed the sub-healthy to fill in the fatigue scale, concise mood scale and Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale Questionnaire before and after treatment in the paste （20 g/t, twice/d）, to judge their sub healthy states, and to discriminate according to the standard of syndrome of kidney yang deficiency syndrome. Re- suits After treatment, sub-healthy people with kidney yang defieiency＇s the fatigue scale and mood scale score of each di- mension change had statistical significance, and the clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion Warming Yang and nourishing kidney essence to achieve the good effect in the treatment of sub-health of kidney yang deficiency syndrome by TCM Yin, Yang, Qi and Blood alternate theory.
