| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜清理术结合口服骨痹合剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果及其意义。方法将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（关节镜清理术结合口服骨痹合剂治疗）和对照组（单纯关节镜清理术）,各30例。给予患者4周上述治疗,进行6个月的随访。结果治疗组总有效率（86.7%）优于对照组（66.7%）,2组比较具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论关节镜清理术结合口服骨痹合剂治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,对于疼痛缓解、功能改善有明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore arthroscopic debridement combined with oral Gubi agent treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical results and their significance. Methods 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treat- ment group （arthroscopic debridement combined with oral Gubi agent treatment） and the control group （simple arthroscopic debridement）, 30 eases in each group. Administer to the patients of four weeks the treatment and 6 months of follow-up. Re- sults The total effective rate of treatment group （86.7 % ） higher than the total efficiency of control group （66.7 % ）, which have statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combine with oral Gubi treatment of knee osteoarthritis have good clinical effect for relieving pain. |
