中西药联合治疗布氏杆菌病

目的观察复方甘草酸单胺片、吡嗪酰胺、利福平联合治疗布氏杆菌病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用复方甘草酸单胺片（3片/次,1次/d）、吡嗪酰胺（1.5 g/d）、利福平（200 mg/次,2次/d）口服治疗;对照组采用左氧氟沙星（200 mg/次,2次/d）联合多西环素（200 mg/次,1次/d）治疗,2组均以3周为1疗程,共治疗2疗程,对比2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者治疗后总有效率为96.7%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组,组间比较,P〈0.05;治疗组不良反应发生率为10.0%（6/60）,对照组为30.0%（18/60）,2组比较,P〈0.05。结论复方甘草酸单胺联合吡嗪酰胺、利福平治疗布氏杆菌病能明显改善临床症状,缓解疼痛,抗感染,提高患者免疫力,且无明显不良反应。

Therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin monoamine combined with pyrazinamide and rifampicin on brucellosis

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin monoamine, pyrazinamide and rifampiein combination therapy for brucellosis. Methods A total of 120 brucellosis patients admitted in hour hospital from 2011.1 to 2013.1 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, treated with compound glycyrrhizin monoamine, pyrazinamide and rifampicin for the former, and levofloxacin combined with doxycycline for the latter. Clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups, after 2 courses of treatment lasted for 6 weeks. Re- sults Total effective rate of observation group was 96.7 %, significantly higher than that of 73.3 % in control group （ P 〈 0.05） ;adverse reactions incidence of observation group was 10.0% （6/60）, significantly lower than that of 30.0% （18/ 60） in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combination treatment of compound glycyrrhizin monoamine, pyrazinamide and rifampicin has obvious therapeutic effect on brucellosis, without noticeable adverse reaction.
