关节镜在膝关节急性损伤中的应用

目的：研究膝关节镜在关节急性损伤中的临床疗效。方法：在30例膝关节急性损伤患者中，经临床详细检查为血膝，结合X线及MRI的结果，尽量争取在损伤后3—5d内行关节镜术，术后随访及Lysholm评分来评价临床效果。结果：本组患者由术前平均评34．2分至术后平均评分91分，效果优良率达83．3％。结论：膝关节急性损伤，临床检查有压痛点，浮髌试验( )，关节稳定试验可疑阳性或阴性，穿刺有关节积血，宜尽早行关节镜术。

Clinical Research of Operative Treatment of Acute Knee Joints Trauma with Knee Arthroscopy a ted Hospital,Jinan University Medical College,Guangdong

Objective: To research the clinical effect of the knee arthroscopy for treatmet of acute knee joints trauma.Methods:Thirty patients who had the problems of acute knee joint trauma were studied,clinical tests indicates bloody knee,according to their X-ray and MRI reports,to treat them with the knee arthroscopy in 3 or 5 days after trauma. excellent Clinical effect was evaluated by follow-up and Lysholm evaluation.Results:The average evaluation changed from 34.2 to 91 after operation,the perfect rate is 83.3%.Conclusion:Acute knee joints trauma and clinical floating patella test is positive,the joint stability test shows some positive and some negative,puncture result shows blood stagnation.It is reasonable to ahve early operative treatment with knee arthroscopy.
