摘    要:目的 比较准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis, LASIK)与激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis,LASEK)治疗近视对角膜中央知觉的影响.方法 观察2008年1月至2009年1月行LASIK与LASEK的患者共566例(1 132眼),其中LASIK者1 032眼,LASEK者100眼,分别于术前1周,术后1周,1、3、6、12个月检测角膜中央知觉.结果 两种手术后角膜知觉均下降,LASIK组术后1周检查均无知觉,6~12个月角膜中央知觉恢复到术前水平;LASEK组术后1周20眼角膜知觉为50~100 mm,3个月均恢复到术前水平.结论 LASEK术后角膜知觉恢复较LASIK术后快.

Abstract:Objective To compare the impact of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) and laser-assisted subepithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) for myopias on the recovery of central corneal perceptivity. Methods One thousand one hundred and thirty-two eyes from 566 patients with myopia were treated with LASIK ( 1 032 eyes) or LASEK ( 100 eyes) from January 2008 to January 2009. The central corneal perceptivity was measured before and 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after the operation respectively. Results The central corneal perceptivity of both groups all decreased after the operation. It was not detected 1 week after LASIK and returned to the preoperative level during 6 to 12 months postoperation. In cantrast, 20 eyes regained perceptieity by 50 to 100 mm 1 week after LASEK and it returned to the preoperative levels in all eyes 3 months later. Conclusions The restoration of corneal percptivity after LASEK was faster than LASIK.
