重性抑郁障碍患者事件相关电位P300特征分析

目的 探讨伴自杀风险的重性抑郁障碍患者听觉事件相关电位(auditory evoked potential,AEP)P300(P3)特征.方法 研究组为62例重性抑郁障碍患者,其中有自杀风险的抑郁患者25例为研究组Ⅰ,无自杀风险患者37例为研究组Ⅱ.对照组为62例健康体检者;对所有研究者进行AEP P3检测,并进行对比分析.结果 研究组患者AEP P3波潜伏期较对照组明显延长,(308.76±26.11)ms vs(287.53±11.45)ms(t=5.860,P＜0.01);研究组Ⅰ患者N2、P3波幅比研究组Ⅱ患者显著降低,N2(2.75±1.71)mV vs(3.96±1.82)mV(t=2.630,P＜0.01); P3(4.14±1.78)mV vs(6.98±2.13)mV(t=5.500,P＜0.01).结论 AEP P3可用于评定重性抑郁障碍患者的认知功能损害,并可作为评价抑郁患者自杀风险的参考指标.

Character of event-related potential P300 changes in major depressive disorder patients

Objective To explore the auditory P300 features in major depressive disorder（MDD） patients with suicidal risk.Methods Sixty-two MDD patients were assigned to research group,among them,research groupⅠwas 25 patients with suicidal risk,research group Ⅱ was 37 patients without suicidal risk;62 normal healthy cases were assigned to control group.Auditory evoked potential P300 was conducted in all subjects.Results The P300 latency of auditory evoked potential prolonged more significantly in research group than in control group（308.76±26.11） ms vs（287.53±11.45） ms（t=5.860,P〈0.01）;the amplitude of N2 and P3 decreased significantly in research group Ⅰ compared with group Ⅱ,N2（2.75±1.71） mV vs（3.96±1.82） mV（t=2.630,P〈0.01）;P3（6.98±2.13） mV vs（4.14±1.78） mV（t=5.500,P〈0.01）.Conclusion MDD patients have notable changes of auditory P300,P300 might be a method to evaluate the cognitive deficiency of MDD patients and might be a reference index of suicidal risk,as well.
