| 摘 要： | 目的观察普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀对高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法 128例确诊颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的高血压病患者随机分成对照组、阿托伐他汀组（他汀组）、普罗布考和阿托伐他汀联合组（联合组）,共观察6个月。分别于治疗前后对患者血清总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）和高敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）水平进行检测。比较治疗前后3组颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度（IMT）及颈动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块面积变化。结果 TC、TG、LDL-C、ox-LDL、hsCRP、颈动脉IMT和斑块面积均比治疗前明显下降,治疗后联合组和他汀组的TC、TG、LDL-C均低于对照组,联合组又低于他汀组（均P〈0.01）;颈动脉IMT和斑块面积均比治疗前明显降低,分别为颈动脉IMT联合组治疗前（1.59±0.07）mm vs治疗后（1.20±0.11）mm,他汀组治疗前（1.58±0.08）mm vs治疗后（1.33±0.09）mm,对照组治疗前（1.58±0.08）mm vs治疗后（1.62±0.08）mm;斑块面积联合组治疗前（0.97±0.07）cm2vs治疗后（0.50±0.07）cm2,他汀组治疗前（0.97±0.10）cm2vs治疗后（0.93±0.09）cm2,对照组治疗前（0.98±0.12）cm2vs治疗后（1.01±0.13）cm2。结论普罗布考及阿托伐他汀联合治疗对高血压病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有显著的疗效,无明显不良反应。
