新型泪道引流装置治疗泪道阻塞及泪小管断裂体会

目的:观察新型泪道引流装置治疗泪道阻塞及泪小管断裂的临床疗效。方法:选择慢性泪囊炎、鼻泪管阻塞者106例行鼻泪道逆植球头硅胶管术,术后定期冲洗泪道并点抗生素眼液,3～6mo拔管;泪小管阻塞及外伤性泪小管断裂者88例行鼻泪道环形硅胶管植入术,术后滴抗生素眼液,6～12mo拔管。结果:拔管后5例鼻泪管阻塞,4例慢性泪囊炎,3例泪小管阻塞者复发溢泪,其他患者均无复发,泪道冲洗通畅。结论:新型泪道引流装置治疗泪道阻塞及泪小管断裂效果好、方法简单、组织创伤小、无局部及全身副作用,具有临床推广应用价值。

Clinical research on the neotype tractus lacrimalis drainage system for lacrimal duct obstruction and canaliculus breakage
