三七总皂苷治疗肝损伤的药理研究及临床应用

目的：了解三七总皂苷在抗肝损伤方面的药理作用及临床进展情况。方法：查阅文献，综合论点。结果：三七总皂苷有抗肝纤维化活性作用，抗肝脂质过氧化作用，保护肝细胞作用，改善肝脏微循环，抑制肝肿瘤细胞等药理作用。临床用于治疗肝炎、谷丙转氨酶增高症等。结论：三七总皂苷具有良好的抗肝损伤作用，但临床应用相对滞后，故三七总皂苷的开发应用具有广阔的前景。

Pharmacological Study and Clinical Application on Panax Notoginseng in The Treatment of Hepatic Lesion

Objective:To know about the pharmacological action and clinical advances in Parax notoginseng for anti-hepatic lesion.Method:Reading references and srmmarizing points on the issue.Result:Panax noto ginseng had active actions on anti-fiberosis,resisting lipid peroxidization,protecting hepatic cells,and pharmacololgical actions on improving microcirculation and restraining tumor cells.Panax notoginseng was clinically applied to hepatitis,the disase of GPT rising and etc.Conclusion:Panaxnotoginseng has a good effect on anti-hepatic lesion with backward clincal application.Its cevelopment and application is prospective.
