501例内镜鼻窦手术临床分析

目的 :探讨内镜鼻窦手术的疗效及影响疗效的有关因素。方法 :对随访 6个月以上并接受内镜鼻窦手术的5 0 1例慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :治愈率Ⅰ型为 90 .8% ,Ⅱ型为 79.5 % ,Ⅲ型为 6 3.8% ,三型之间治愈率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :内镜鼻窦手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎和鼻息肉的有效方法 ,手术的疗效与临床分型、手术者操作技巧以及手术后的定期随访密切相关

The clinical observation in 501 cases of endoscopic sinus surgery

Objective:To observe the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS)and to study the factors related to the defeat of endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:501 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated with ESS and following up from 6 to 24 months past-operatively.Results:The results showed that cure rate was 90.8 % for type I,79.5 % for type Ⅱ,and 63.8 % for type Ⅲ.There was significant difference in cure rate among different types (P<0.01).Conclusions:ESS is efficacy and safe in the treatment of nasal polyps and chronic sinusitis.The cure results is closely related to the types of disease,the skill of surgeons,and reasonable regular following-up.
