| 摘 要： | 目的依据远程医疗的需求,研究临床病案信息标准。方法依据国家病案管理规范,制定远程医疗电子病案数据规范。结果建立适合远程诊疗使用的电子病案模版,设计面向远程医疗的电子病案系统。结论软件设计采用面向对象的程序设计,XML和WebService的数据交换及访问技术,为远程医疗提供统一、完整、方便、快捷的电子病案集成视图。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate medical record information standard according to the requirements of Telemedicine. Methods On basis of national medical record management standard,the electronic medical records data standard for Telemedicine was developed. Results Electronic medical record templates suitable for Telemedicine were established,and electronic medical records system oriented to Telemedicine was designed. Conclusion Object-oriented program design,data switching and accessing technology for XML and Web Service were applied for software design to provide a unified,complete,convenient and fast integrated view of electronic medical records for Telemedicine. |
