| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的相关因素及护理对策。方法：回顾性调查我科收治的重型颅脑损伤并发肺部感染病例。分析原因。提出护理对策。结果：与意识障碍、多发伤、年龄大、合并其它疾病有密切关系。结论：早期沐舒坦雾化吸入、行之有效的排痰措施和加强基础护理非常重要。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the related factors of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by pulmonary infection and its nursing countermeasures.Methods:The cases of severe craniocerebral injury complicated by pulmonary infection treated in our department were reviwed,the causative analysis was performed and the nursing countermeasures were proposed.Results:Severe craniocerebral injury complicated by pulmonary infection was closely correlated with disturbance of consciousness,multiple injury,age and complicating disease.Conclusion:Early nebulized inhalation of mucosolvin,effective measure for eliminating phlegm and strengthening the basic nursing are very important. |
