加温对小肠实质及间质微血管结构与功能的损伤

摘    要:通过外置大鼠小肠局部加温损伤模型,研究了小肠局部加热损伤后实质结构与间质微血管结构和功能的变化。结果表明,小肠组织损伤表现早(2-6h即有显著损伤),不同部位热损伤敏感性不同,远离肠系膜部位是热损伤最敏感部位。且绒毛的损伤明显重于隐窝。其敏感性不同与局部微血管结构和功能差异有密切关系。微血管结构与功能的损伤是实质细胞损伤加重的重要因素。由于热损伤时隐窝损伤较轻,因而再生修复发生早,能力强。

Abstract:Structural and functional changes of parenchyma and microvessels of exteriorized small intestine follow-ing localized hyperthermia were studied.The experimental results indicated that thermosensitivity of the slnall in-testine was high,however,it varied in different regions of the small intestine due to the difference in structure andmnction of microvessels,and the part most suseeptible to themal damage was the villi in the side opposite to themescntery. Morphological and functional injuries of the tissue appeared early (most severe in 2 6h),but its regen-eration and repair took place also early and vigorously since there were a lot of crypts surviving following thennaltrauma. Momhological and functional changcs of microvessels suggested that injury of microvessels was an nnpor-tant factor to aggravate the thermal damage of the parenchyma.
