原发胜高血压病124例24小时动态血压监测

为了探讨我国原发性高血压病患者２４小时动态血压的波动规律，我们选择了我科１２４例门诊及住院原发性高血压病患者进行监测，结果为：１、高血压病Ⅰ期患者２４小时动态血压波动规律为收缩压与舒张压白天呈相对较高的水平，从凌晨２时血压呈下降趋势，清晨５时血压开始急骤上升，持续３小时左右，上午５～１０时及下午３～８时形成双峰；高血压病Ⅱ期患者２４小时血压监测波动规律为收缩压与舒张压日间与夜间处于相对平稳的趋势，波动相对不明显，通过动态血压趋势图波动规律，可以提示病变发展的程度，这为判断原发性高血压病的发展阶段提供了诊断依据，２、随着高血压病病期发展，日间脉压差亦增大，而夜间脉压差随着高血压病期的发展，呈缩小趋势。

24 patients with essential hypertension weremonitored and found that : 1. The wave regular of 24hours of dyuamic blood pressure in I bypertensionwas tbat the systolic pressure and diastolic pressurewere at relatively high levels in the daytime , gradu-ally decreased from 2 a. m, rapidly increased from 5a. m , and formed the double - peak at 5 a . m . 3 to 8p. m ; but the systolic pressure and diastolic pressurein the daytime and at night were relatively stableand had no obvious wave motion in H hypertension.2. With the development of the hypertension stadi-um, the pulse pressure difference also raised in thedaytime , but reduced at night.
