"大气一转,其气乃散"之我见

梳理了历代文献中对“大气一转,其气乃散”含义的论述,重点分析了《金匮要略》中对大气理论的运用,并且对后世具有代表性的观点进行了总结,得出以下结论:仲景“大气一转,其气乃散”之“大气”可概指人体之正气,大气得运,则人体阴平阳秘,大气失转,则百病丛生。运转大气是中医扶正以祛邪的重要治则,在一定程度上体现了仲景对杂病的辨证论治思想。

My Comprehension of the Theory about Dissipation of Pathogenic Factor Due to Normal Running of Vital QI

Based on summarizing the expound of the theory of dissipation of pathogenic factor due to normal running of vital QI in literature of past dynasties,intensively analyzing the application of the theory of vital QI in Syndromes of Chinese formulas for Synopsos of the Golden Chamber and summarizing representative standpoint for the future generations.We draw the conclusion that vital QI represents healthy QI in the theory about dissipation of pathogenic factor due to normal running of vital QI,and the normal running of it can maintain the state of YIN and YANG in a relative equilibrium and failure of vital QI will induce all diseases.Activating vital QI is a considerable therapy principle about strengthening vital QI to eliminate pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine and demonstrate the thinking of Zhang-zhongjing about determination of treatment based on pathogenesis obtained through differentiation of symptoms and signs.
