中医禁食疗法对受试者血压的影响

目的:评价中医禁食疗法的安全性,分析其对血压的影响。方法:禁食期间每日早上由专人负责测量并记录受试者血压,部位固定。结果:对血压正常受试者的收缩压和舒张压影响不大(P0.05);可以使临界高血压降至正常;对初诊高血压患者,单纯中医禁食可以使其血压得到较好控制;对于已经确诊高血压的受试者,通过中医禁食可以达到撤减药物的目的。结论:中医禁食疗法不会影响正常血压,安全性良好;对高血压患者具有较高的治疗价值。

Effect on Fasting Therapy for Medicine Subjects with Blood Pressure

Objective：To evaluate the safety of Chinese fasting treatment and analyze its effect on blood pressure.Methods：Every morning during the fasting,blood pressure of the subjects was measured and recorded by the person in charge.Results：For subjects with normal blood pressure,systolic and diastolic blood pressure has no effect（P0.05）;Chinese fasting treatment can make borderline hypertension normal;for newly diagnosed patients with hypertension,simple Chinese fasting treatment can make blood pressure get better control;for the subjects diagnosed with high blood pressure,fasting can be achieved the purposes of withdrawal or reduction.Conclusion：Chinese fasting therapy will not affect normal blood pressure and have good safety and a higher value for patients with hypertension.
