单克隆抗体SC13A和SC3A在乳腺疾病中的免疫组化研究

摘    要:本文以免疫组化法分别研究了McAb SC 13A和SC 3A与134例12种不同组织学类型乳腺疾病的反应性。结果显示,这2株McAb与乳腺癌的阳性反应率分别为89.5%和94.7%,其中强阳性各占68.5%和76.3%;反应范围>50%的分别为52.6%和72.3%。这2株McAb的反应结果相似(P>0.05)。在乳腺良性病变中,其阳性率分别为22.4%和48.3%,后者明显高于前者,与乳腺癌比较的差异均有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。表明这2株McAb识别的抗原在乳腺癌中均有较高的表达,但在良性病变中亦有一定的表达,为其进一步深入研究提供了一种新而有用的标志物。

Abstract:A series of 34 cases of benign and malignant breast tumors were immunoh-istochemically examined for expression of antigens that can be recognized by monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) SC13A and SC3A in an attempt to find novel tumor markers for diagnosis and treatment of the tumors. The results showed that the rate of positive reactions of the two McAbs with breast cancer was 89.5% and 94.7%, respectively. Moreover, 68.5% and 76.3% of the cases were strongly stained and the reaction range was greater than 50% in 52.6% and 72.3% of the cases, respectively. Reactivities with the two McAbs were also seen in 22.4% and 48.3% of the cases of benign breast diseases, respectively. There was a very significant difference between "breast cancer and benign breast diseases (p<0.01). These findings demonstrate that there was a higher level oi antigen expression as determined by the two McAbs in breast cancer and the two McAbs may be useful for further study on breast carcinoma. These results also show that some similar antigens exist in benign and malignant breast tumors. Further study should be undertaken to determine whether expression of these antigens in benign breast diseases signals the development of cancer.
