| 摘 要： | 目的：该试验为了改善传统工艺颗粒流动性差，片面易产生印斑，口感差等缺点。方法：以透明质酸酶为透皮吸收促进剂，配以甘露醇、糊精和羟丙纤维素等辅料制备而成的无糖型产品。结果：解决了糖尿病患者增加血糖来源的副作用问题。结论：此工艺制得片剂的稳定性明显优于以乳糖、山梨酸等为辅料制得的片剂，该制备工艺可行。

| Abstract: | Objection:The experimental method improres traditional process weakness of grain flowing difference tablets side spot,difference sense in month.Methods:The tablets is a kind of no sweets product which is prepared from percolating absorption accelerators Hyal- wronidase,the second material Mannitol,pextrin,Hyrpolose.Results:The process solves prob- lems which increase side effect of blood sugar source.Conclusion:This production technology which better than before is practical. |
