摘    要:目的:探讨高压氧(HBO)预处理对高原人体血气和血乳酸的影响。方法:对海拔3700m的10名已习服男青年,于HBO预处理前(A组)、预处理后(B组)3h分别检测血气和血乳酸(BLA)。结果:B组较A组PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2增高,AaDO2、BLA降低,有非常显著性差别(P〈0.01),pH无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:HBO预处理可改善高原缺氧人体气体交换,增强氧合功能,加速体内堆集乳酸的清除。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) preconditioning on blood gas and blood lactic acid at high altitude. Methods: 10male soldiers acclimatized the 3 700m altitudes were detected in blood gas and blood lactic acid before (Group A) and after HBO for 3 hours (Group B). Results: Compared with group A, PaO2,PaCO2 and SaO2 was increased and AaDO2 ,BLA was decreased in Group B(P〈0.01). Conclusions: HBO preconditioning can improve gas exchange and enhance oxygenate function and accelerate clearance of stacking lactic acid in healthy person at high altitude.
