| 摘 要： | 目的探讨半乳糖凝集素Galectin-3(G3)在脑星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达.以及与星形胶质细胞瘤WHO分级之间的关系.方法应用免疫组化SP法检测60例脑星形胶质细胞瘤标本中Galectin-3的表达,并检测不同的分级之间是否具有差异性.结果Galectin-3的阳性率为85%,随着肿瘤恶性程度增加,阳性细胞数目增加,不同WHO分级之间阳性表达率差异具有显著性.结论Galectin-3在星形胶质细胞瘤中的阳性表达率与WHO分级有关,并可作为星形胶质细胞瘤恶性程度的重要分级指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the lection of galectin 3 in human astrocytoma and the relationship between the level of expression and the grade of WHO.Methods Expression of galectin 3 was examined in 60 specimens of astrocytoma with immunohistochemical technique. Results The rate of the expression in astrocytoma was 85% .The positive galectin 3 immunostaining significantly increased with the degree of malignancy increase.There was significant difference in different WHO grade.Conclusions There is a retatinship between the expression level and WHO grade.Galectine 3 is an important index in classification of degree of malignancy. |
