| 摘 要： | 目的:分析椎管内脊膜瘤及神经源性肿瘤MR增强影像的特征。方法:搜集经手术病理证实的椎管内脊膜瘤11 例,神经源性肿瘤12例,全部病例均行MR平扫及增强扫描。结果:椎管内脊膜瘤MR增强影像特征为“肿瘤周边重度环状增强”、脊膜“尾巴征”;神经鞘瘤MR增强影像特征为多灶样不增强;神经纤维瘤MR增强影像特征为病灶内星芒状不增强。结论:椎管内脊膜瘤及神经源性肿瘤都有各自的MR增强影像特征,其对定性诊断有重要价值

| Abstract: | Objective:To analysis the features of meningioma and neurogenic tumors of spinal canal on Gd-DTPA-enhanced MR images.Methods:Eleven cases of meningioma and 12 cases of neurogenic tumors confirmend by pathology were checked,MRI and Gd-DTPA enhanced MRI were done in all cases.Results:Peripheral marked ring-enhancement and dural tail sign on enhenced MRI were the features of meningioma,multiple foci without enhancement and the star-like unhancement in lesions were the features of neurinoma and neurofibroma respectively.Conclusion:Features of meningioma and neurogenic tumors of spinal conal were different on enhenced MRI,their enhancement patterns play an important role in the diagnosis of tumor. |
