| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨帕罗西汀和文拉法辛对妄想性和非妄想性抑郁症的疗效。方法:48例妄想性抑郁症患者和76例非妄想性抑郁症患者各分为两组,分别用帕罗西汀和文拉法辛治疗。疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定抑郁的严重程度。结果:帕罗西汀和文拉法辛对妄想性抑郁症和非妄想性抑郁症的疗效差异均无显著性(P均>0.05)。结论:帕罗西汀和文拉法辛治疗妄想性抑郁症和非妄想性抑郁症均有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the effects of paroxetine or venlafaxine in the treatment of depression with and without the symptom of delusion.Method:Forty-eight depressive patients with delusion and 76 depressive patients without delusion were respectively divided into paroxetine or venlafaxine group randomly for 6 weeks.Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the severity of depression.Results:There was no significant difference in the effects of paroxetine and venlafaxine between depressive patients with and without delusion(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both paroxetine and venlafaxine are efficacious to treat depression with and without delusion. |
