三种硫磺洗剂治疗Ⅱ度寻常性痤疮疗效观察

目的：观察10%磺胺醋酰钠硫磺洗剂、1%氯霉素硫磺洗剂、5%硫磺洗剂外用治疗Ⅱ度寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法：采取随机对照双盲的方法分组,A组：10%磺胺醋酰钠硫磺洗剂治疗,93例;B组：1%氯霉素硫磺洗剂治疗,89例;C治疗：5%硫磺洗剂治疗,84例。疗程均为8周。结果：A组显效率67.7%,总有效率92.5%;B组显效率47.2%,总有效率79.8%;C组显效率16.7%,总有效率60.7%。A和B组显效率比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,B和C组显效率比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;A和B组的总有效率比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,B和C组的总有效率比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：10%磺胺醋酰钠硫磺洗剂治疗Ⅱ度寻常性痤疮疗效优于1%氯霉素硫磺洗剂,1%氯霉素硫磺洗剂则优于5%硫磺洗剂。

Observation of curative effect of three kinds of lotion sulphur in treatment of acne vulgaris Ⅱ

Objective To study curative effect of lotion 10 percent sulfacetamide with 5 percent sulfur,lotion 1 percent chloromycetin with 5 percent sulfur and lotion 5 percent sulphur in treatment of acne vulgaris Ⅱ.Methods A randomized double-blind trial was designed.Patients with Acne Vulgaris II were equally divided into three groups.Group A with 93 cases was applied with 10% sulfacetamide-sulfur lotion;Group B with 89 cases was applied with 1% chloromycetin-sulfur lotion;Group C with 84 cases was applied with 5% sulphur lotion.Treatment course was 8 weeks.Results The excellent rate was 67.7% and the total effective rate was 92.5% in group A.The excellent rate was 47.2% and the total effective rate was 79.8% in group B.The excellent rate was 16.7% and the total effective rate was 60.7% in group A.There were significant differences of the excellent rate between Group A and Group B（P〈0.05）,Group B and Group C（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate between Group A and Group B（P〈0.05）,Group B and Group C（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The excellent rate and total effective rate of 10% sulfacetamide-sulfur lotion was superior to 1% chloromycetin-sulfur lotion,1% chloromycetin-sulfur lotion to 5% sulphur lotion in treatment of acne vulgaris Ⅱ.
