妊娠高血压患者胎盘和脐血管中TNF-α的表达及其意义

目的研究妊娠高血压(妊高征)患者胎盘和脐血管组织中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的表达及意义。方法采用SABC法对轻、中、重度妊高征共27例和正常妊娠组10例的胎盘和脐血管组织进行TNF-α的免疫组化染色,观察各组TNF-α的定位、分布和表达量的差异。结果各组均可见TNF-α的表达,其定位和分布无显著性差异,主要见于合胞体滋养细胞、蜕膜细胞、血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞等。但中、重度妊高征组TNF-α的表达量较正常组显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论妊高征时,胎盘、脐血管亦可能是TNF-α的重要产生释放部位,其水平增高与病情严重程度有相关性。

Study on expression of TNF-α in placenta and umbilical vessels of pregnant women with gestational hypertension

Objective To evaluate expression of TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-alpha)in placenta and umbilical vessels of pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Method Immunohistochemistry was used in the three groups, which 27 cases of gestational hypertension were divided into 3 groups according to their condition: mild, moderate and severe, and control group(10 cases of normal pregnancy) to show the location, distribution and quantity of TNF-α in each group.Result Expression of TNF-α could be observed in all groups, and there was no statistical difference in accord of the location and distribution of TNF-α.TNF-α positive cells were mainly syncytiotrophoblast,decidual cells,vascular endo-thelial cells and smooth muscle cells, etc. However, the quantity of TNF-α in the moderate and severe groups was significantly higher than in control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion In tissues of placenta and umbilical vessels may also be an important source of TNF-α, but the increased levels are related with the conditiion extent.
