| 摘 要： | 目的探讨跟腱撕裂的MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析15例跟腱撕裂的MRI表现及临床症状。结果部分性跟腱撕裂4例,完全性跟腱撕裂11例。跟腱撕裂位于跟腱-跟骨附着部位上方2.5～10.7cm,平均(4.9±1.8)cm。主要MRI表现为跟腱增粗或扭曲变形、腱内信号增高、跟腱纤维束连续性部分或完全中断。结论 MRI能清晰显示跟腱撕裂的程度、位置等情况,对临床治疗具有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of Achilles tendon rupture by MRI.Methods The MRI data and clinical symptom of 15 patients with Achilles tendon rupture were retrospectively analysed.Results Achilles tendon partial rupture was showed in 4 cases,complete rupture 11 cases.The site of tendon disruption were 2.5～10.7cm（mean（4.9 ± 1.8）cm） proximal to the insertion in the calcaneus.The main appearance of MRI with Achilles tendon rupture represented Achilles tendon thickening or distortion,hyperintensity in tendon,partially or completely discontinuous fibrous bundle.Conclusion MRI can clear display the degree and portion etc of Achilles tendon rupture,which is very helpful for treatment. |
