| 摘 要： | 2004-04/2007-08北京中医药大学东直门医院骨科收治的ARCO分期为Ⅳ期的股骨头坏死患者38例（49髋），平均年龄38.3岁。均行髋关节表面置换，单侧置换27例，双侧置换11例。随访1~3年，无需要进行翻修的病例；置换后均无感染、脱位及神经和血管损伤，未发生股骨颈骨折；X射线片示假体位置良好，假体无松动移位，股骨近端、髋臼无骨吸收和骨溶解；置换后髋关节Harris评分显著提高，从置换前平均31.7分增至93.5分，证明髋关节表面置换是治疗中晚期中青年股骨头缺血性坏死较为理想的一种方法。
