| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的规律和特点。方法分别从患者年龄、性别、给药途径、引起ADR的药品种类以及临床表现等方面对我院2013年上报的75例ADR报告进行统计分析。结果75例ADR报告中，老年患者33例（44%）；静脉滴注给药71例（94.7%）；中药制剂引起的ADR占27%；临床表现以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见（61.5%）；严重的ADR4例（5.3%）。结论应加强不良反应监测，保证用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction（ADR） occurred in our hospital. Methods 75 ADR cases collected for our hospital in 2013 were analyzed statistically according to patients’age and sex, route of administration, category of drug, and the clinical manifestation of the ADR. ResultsOf the total ADR cases,33 cases（44%） were of the old people.71 cases （94.7%） were induced by anti-infective drugs,27% were induced by traditional Chinese medicine;The clinical manifestations of ADR were mainly lesions of skin and its appendages（61.5%）.Serious ADR occurred in 4 cases（5.3%）.Conclusion It is important to strengthen ADR monitoring and ensure safe medication. |
