贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症并发上消化道出血38例报告

目的　观察贲门周围血管离断术治疗门静脉高压症并发上消化道出血的疗效 ,探讨手术时机及再出血的预防。方法　对 3 8例患者采用择期贲门周围血管离断术 ,加用术后保肝及长期口服普萘洛尔治疗。结果　近期无出血 ,无并发症及死亡病例 ,随访 3个月～ 5年无再出血病例。结论　该手术止血效果确切 ;择期手术更安全 ;长期口服普萘洛尔可预防再出血

Pericardial devascularization in the treatment of portal hypertension associated with upper digestive tract henorrhage-A report of 38 cases

Objective To study the curative effect of pericardial devascularization for treating the portal hypertension associated with upper digestive tract hemorrhage and explore the operation opportunity and prevention of rebleeding.Methods Thirty eight cases underwent pericardial devascularization in addition to protective therapy for liver and oral administration of Propranolol after operation.Results No short term bleeding occurred. There were no complication and death cases. During a follow up of 3 months to 5 years no rebleeding was found.Conclusion Pericardial devascularization has definitely hemostatic effect.Long term propranolol administration can prevent rebleeding.
